What this test application handles
Account details, optional emergency-contact information, consent records, timed location-sharing sessions, check-ins, incidents, text messages and audio-session metadata. Demonstration records are fictional.
Your choices
Location sharing is off by default. You choose its duration and may stop it. Microphone sharing is a separate choice during an incident. Audio is not recorded or transcribed by this application.
Who can see information
Your own records and authorised operations personnel within your assigned organisation. Internal operator notes are restricted to operations. Configured service providers may process authentication, hosting, location map requests and audio transport.
Maps
When Google Maps is configured, loading a map sends map-area requests and normal browser connection information to Google. Map pins use positions already received under your sharing choices. Opening a map does not start a new location-sharing session. If Google Maps cannot load, the app may show OpenStreetMap instead. These providers have their own Google privacy policy and OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
The development assumptions are one day for location samples and 30 days after resolution for incident records. Administrators can change these periods and run retention. An attached incident position can remain until the incident is removed. Deletion requests require review and are not automatic deletion confirmations.
Review before real use
The responsible legal entity, purposes and lawful bases, provider agreements, international transfers, individual rights, approved retention, complaint route and contact details all require confirmation before real personal data is collected. No compliance certification or guarantee is claimed.
