Development and testing only
Cambrai Assist is not an operational emergency service. There is no promise of monitoring, response, uninterrupted connectivity or safety. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
Adult accounts
The initial scope is adult account holders aged 18 and over. Child tracking and automatic family access are outside this version.
Practical limitations
Browser permissions, network access and device suspension can interrupt location, messages and audio. A received alert is not an operator acknowledgement. An acknowledgement is not confirmation that a response has been dispatched.
Review before a service launch
The contracting entity, service description, operating arrangements, customer responsibilities, acceptable use, support, liability, governing law and commercial terms require business and legal approval. Contact information has not been invented.
